Take I-65 North towards Birmingham.  Take exit 250 to merge onto I-459 North.  Take Exit 33B to merge onto I-59 North toward Gadsden.  Take Exit 141 for Trussville/Pinson, turning right onto Chalkville Rd.  Almost immediately you will turn right onto Valley Rd.  The YMCA is just ahead on the left side.
