Here's an *updated* warm-up schedule for the Central District Championship in Tuscaloosa this coming weekend.

10 & Under -- warm-up at 7:15 both Saturday and Sunday Morning. Saturday PSL is in Lanes 9-10 and on Sunday in Lane 13.

11 & Over warm-ups are at 12:35 on Saturday in Lanes 4-6 and 12:20 on Sunday in Lanes 7 & 8.

The above times are when we get into the water!!!! Arrive early enough to get settled, stretch, and be behind the blocks on time.
